Intelligent, beautiful, and educated, DeShawn Snow has emerged in the entertainment business as a philanthropist, businesswoman, television personality, and busy mother of three boys. Best known for her starring role on the first season of BRAVO’s hit television series “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” Snow has continued to build her career over the past three years, after leaving the show. Most recently, Snow released her debut children’s book series, “Lil’ Shawnee”. The series, which was released May 1, 2012 follows a beautiful young fifth-grade girl named Shawnee, who struggles with issues and social experiences common to elementary school girls. Shawnee learns how to overcome the negativity and gains great strength from loving parents—and through visits from her spiritual guide, Nevaeh.
