They’ll also be demonstrating a fun recipe not included in the cookbook. Margaret Floyd is a board-certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and the author of the acclaimed book "Eat Naked." She works with clients all over North America and Europe to shift their diet to a naked diet through gradual changes to their lifestyle, cooking methods, shopping habits, and food. Chef James Barry is a graduate of the National Gourmet Institute of Health and the Culinary Arts in New York.
